Choose the file, add a short description so the recipient knows what it is, and upload. Large files may take a moment to finish; wait for the confirmation before closing the tab.
The Documents list shows everything shared with your account, most recent first. If a document you expect is missing, it may not have been shared with this address yet; ask your contact to confirm which address they used.
Every upload, download and sign-in is recorded. If you need a record of who accessed a document and when, ask your HSSL contact to retrieve it.
